The Managing Director provides the overall strategic leadership and governance of OOJ Homecare Services, ensuring that the organisation delivers safe, high-quality, person-centred care while remaining fully compliant with all regulatory and legal requirements. Responsible for overseeing the company’s vision, financial performance, operational standards, and long-term growth, the Managing Director works closely with the leadership team to promote a culture of dignity, respect, compassion, and continuous improvement. Through effective oversight and accountability, he ensures that every aspect of the organisation operates in the best interests of the people who use its services, their families, and the wider community. Our Registered Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of OOJ Homecare Services, ensuring that every individual receives safe, compassionate, and high-quality care tailored to their unique needs. They oversee clinical and operational excellence, maintain full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and ensure that all regulatory and best practice requirements are consistently met. By leading, mentoring, and supporting our care team, the Registered Manager fosters a culture of professionalism, dignity, respect, and continuous improvement, ensuring that both our service users and staff are empowered to achieve the very best outcomes.
