We have committed to the rigorous process of CQC accreditation, which sets higher standards for the delivery of excellent home care services.
Our Mission is to provide individualized, person-centered, cost-effective, efficient home health services to vulnerable patients in the comfort of their own homes.
We offer services to all people without prejudice of their culture, race, ethnic origin, colour, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or disease.
Our Services
We provide domiciliary care to people in the community on a daily, weekly, overnight or ‘live-in’ basis, to older people and any person suffering from a medical condition or disease. Our services include:
+ Help around the home from cleaning and laundry to shopping and preparing meals.
+ Personal support such as dressing, bathing and help with prescribed medication.
+ Companionship: Being there to help you in the activity you enjoy, from reading to chatting.
+ Sit-In service: We provide care cover when your families are unavailable.
Our Registered Manager has the expertise in healthcare education, the homecare industry and social care. Our care workers work tirelessly to assist you with those activities of daily living that are so critical to your independence and ability to stay in your own home as long as possible.
We are dedicated to working diligently to find better solutions for your unique homecare situations. There is always someone for you to call when you face challenges or need questions answered.
How to make a referral
A client may be referred to our homecare by their physician, hospitals, nursing homes, insurance companies, caregivers, family, friends as well as self-referral.
